Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the United States and internationally.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.
Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom orders and select made-to-order flags require additional production time.

Custom flags: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.

Select specialty flags: Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipment.
Production timelines begin once artwork is approved (if applicable).
Expedited shipping does not reduce production time for custom or made-to-order items.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We do not offer free shipping thresholds.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location and selected items.
Please note: Expedited shipping speeds up transit time only and does not affect order processing or production times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
